The trim saw S-200 base.line allows rough cuts of straight and profiled multiple length material up to a length of 4,250 mm / 177.95”. The workpieces are separately placed on a driven cross feed belt which serves as a buffer for 5-7 workpieces.

In the trim saw station, the workpieces are clamped safely and strongly from the top, which guarantees an accurate saw cut. Then, they are transported separately into a following machine. Mainly, the cut saw is integrated into complete machine lines, however it also can be used as a stand-alone solution.
